Paid Media Program · EBOO Prime
A managed paid media program for EBOO Prime, built to capture demand that already exists in Lafayette. Your remaining 2,500 dollar balance rolls over and covers the first month of management.
Situation
Door hanger campaigns have produced for medical practices we have run them for. This one is tracking behind projection in its first window, and we would rather add to it now than ask you to sit and wait.
Two thousand hangers are placed across Lafayette with GPS confirmation on every door. That work is done and it keeps working. Physical placement builds recognition over weeks rather than days, and a hanger sitting on a kitchen counter is a household that can still call in September.
What a hanger cannot do is tell you the moment someone starts looking. EBOO is a high consideration, physician supervised therapy, and the people who book it research for days or weeks before they pick up the phone. That research happens on Google and YouTube. Right now, when a Lafayette resident reads your hanger and then searches "ozone therapy near me" that evening, nothing of yours is waiting for them.
That is the gap we are closing. We are not walking away from the physical campaign. We are adding the layer that catches those people at the exact moment they decide to act.
Diagnosis
We audited nervehealth.com and the EBOO Prime page before writing this. Here is what we found.
Every one of these is fixable in the build phase. None of them are fixable after thirty days of live spend. That is why the first ten days of this program are infrastructure, not advertising.
Approach
Three layers, built in order. Skipping the first two is why most clinics burn a budget and conclude that ads do not work.
Business Manager and ad account structure, Meta Pixel plus server side Conversions API, Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager, event mapping for Lead, Schedule and Consult Booked, call tracking on your 337 line, and lead routing so an inquiry reaches your front desk in under five minutes.
A dedicated EBOO Prime landing page. Four fields, no signature, no medical history. Name, phone, email, primary concern. Your JotForm and HIPAA intake move to step two, after your team has made contact and the patient is qualified.
Meta and Instagram create demand among people who have the symptoms but have never heard the word EBOO, using your patient videos to do it. Retargeting closes the ones who visited and left without booking. Google Search comes in at month three to catch people already typing the words.
Built from assets you already own. No shoot day required in month one.
| Angle | Who it speaks to | Source asset |
|---|---|---|
| An oil change for your blood | Cold audience who has never heard of EBOO | Your own metaphor, plus clinic footage |
| Still not right since COVID | Long haulers, brain fog, unexplained fatigue | Existing long COVID testimonials |
| Recovery for people who train | Masters athletes, CrossFit, high performers | Pro athlete and marathon runner stories |
| Doctor led, not a wellness trend | Skeptics and higher income researchers | Dr. Cormier on camera, podcast, book |
| Limited sessions each week | Warm retargeting audiences who stalled | The waiting list already on your page |
All copy is written in third person and self identifying language. We never address a viewer's assumed condition directly, we never use before and after medical imagery in paid placements, and we never make treatment outcome claims. This keeps the ad account alive and keeps you clear of both platform policy and health advertising exposure.
Projection
Modeled at 1,500 dollars per month, all of it on Meta for the first two months. These are planning benchmarks for health advertising in a regional market, not a promise of results. Every assumption is printed so you can hold us to it.
Google Search charges six to eight dollars a click for ozone and EBOO terms, and Lafayette does not have the search volume yet to justify that. Splitting the budget starves both platforms and neither one gathers enough data to optimize. Meta gets the whole budget for sixty days, your testimonial videos do the work, and Google Search comes in during month three funded by a cost per lead we can actually see.
A lead contacted within five minutes converts several times better than one contacted the next morning. We route every inquiry to your front desk instantly with the patient's stated concern attached. Whoever picks up the phone determines a large share of the outcome, and we report response times so you can see it.
Scope
No line item here is optional or upsold later. This is the whole program.
Delivered inside the first ten business days.
Ongoing from launch day.
Investment
| You invested | 5,000 door hangers, design, print and distribution | $5,000 |
| Delivered | 2,000 hangers placed with GPS confirmation | $2,500 |
| Credit available | Covers your entire first month of management | $2,500 |
Nothing from your original investment is written off. It rolls straight into this program and covers your first month of management in full. From month two, the management fee applies as normal.
| Month | Management | Ad spend | Your cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Month one | Covered by your credit | $1,500 | $1,500 |
| Month two | $2,500 | $1,500 | $4,000 |
| Month three | $2,500 | $1,500 to $2,000 | $4,000 to $4,500 |
| First 90 days | $9,500 to $10,000 |
Month one costs you 1,500 dollars, and that 1,500 is ad spend, not our fee. The step up in month three is optional. We only recommend it if cost per lead has held steady through the first sixty days, and you decide it with the numbers in front of you.
This is not a lock in. It is the shortest window where the numbers mean anything. Days 1 to 10 are the build with no spend. Days 11 to 30 the platform is collecting conversion data and costs run high. Days 31 to 60 is the first honest read on cost per lead. Days 61 to 90 is where budget moves behind whatever is working. Judging this program at week three would tell you nothing, which is why we are asking for ninety days rather than selling you a month. After that it is month to month with thirty days notice, and every account, pixel and creative file stays yours.
Timeline
Why Streetfeet
When the first weeks came back quieter than projected, we did not send you a report full of excuses and keep billing. We called it early, brought you a second channel, and funded it with the balance you had already committed rather than asking for another check.
That is the whole relationship. We tell you what the numbers say, we print our assumptions so you can check our work, and we move budget toward whatever produces patients. The easy move was to distribute the remaining hangers on schedule and stay quiet until the campaign ended.
Next step
One reply is all this needs. We send the access checklist the same day and book the kickoff call for the following morning.
