Where The Doors Are

Hangers are screened at the door using the criteria from our call — home value and roofline complexity.

TargetSingle story · one roofline · flat lot · value bracket met
SkipTwo story with peaks and valleys · steep lot · gated community

Recommended zones — confirmed with you on the kickoff call before routes are locked.

Georgetown · 78626 / 78628Active-adult and single-story sections, strong roofline match.
Georgetown · 78628Established west-side neighborhoods, higher value bracket.
Liberty Hill · 78642Master-planned communities, wide frontage, mixed roofline.
Liberty Hill · 78642Acreage and custom builds, lower density, high value per door.

Sun City sits in zip 78633, which is not on your territory list — your list maps it to 78628. Sun City's roofline and value profile match your criteria closely. Confirm which zip applies on the kickoff call, and we'll route accordingly.

04Sign Law

Yard Signs, By The Rules

Texas updated its sign penalties in September 2025. Here's what applies, and how we place signs around it.

State law

Chapter 393 bars signs from the public right-of-way — medians, curb strips, utility poles — statewide.

HB 3611, Sept 2025

Penalties: $1,000 first violation, $2,500 second, $5,000 third. Contractors and agents are now covered.

First-offense protection

A first violation gets written notice and a removal window before any penalty applies.

Our placement rule: private property, with documented permission — your customer yards and local partners, never the right-of-way. That covers Chapter 393 and every city ordinance below.

Jurisdiction by jurisdiction — tap a row for detail.

Off-premise signs are prohibited outright, not only in the right-of-way. Recommend excluding these four zips from the program.

Over 6,000 bandit signs confiscated yearly. The program proceeds — private property only, well inside the property line.

Public way extends about 25 feet from the curb, marked by utility poles. Placements set well inside that line.

Code applies in city limits and the ETJ, with per-day fines for violations. Program proceeds on private property.

Code requires property owner consent for any sign, public or private. The cleanest jurisdiction in your territory.

Ordinance updated August 2025. Enforcement runs a compliance period before municipal court. Program proceeds.

Interior neighborhood signage, away from arterial streets, is exempt from the chapter. Program weighted to interior placements.

Local provisions were not confirmed to the standard used above. Held out of the first wave pending a direct call to code compliance.

State law covers county roads too, and several cities enforce their ordinances in the ETJ. Same private-property rule applies.

Important

This research reflects our reading of published state law and municipal codes. We are not attorneys, and this is not legal advice — a Texas-licensed attorney should confirm before signs go out. Streetfeet is not responsible for fines a municipality issues. Removal, if a city requires it, is billed at $5.00 per sign.
