Where B&B Stands Today

Every job B&B books right now comes from somebody who already knows the name. That works, and it has clearly worked well enough to keep crews busy. It just doesn't travel. Kansas City is a market where nobody knows the name yet, and word of mouth has no way to get you there.

There's no website, no Google listing, and no reviews on file. So when a landowner in Johnson County hears B&B mentioned and pulls out his phone to check you out, he finds nothing — and calls the builder he can find instead. That's the whole problem in one sentence, and it's a fixable one.

These are the exact moments a post-frame job starts. Someone has decided they want a shop, a garage, or a barn, and they're looking for who builds it. Right now every one of those searches goes to a competitor by default — not because they're better, but because they're findable.

02Scope

What's Included

The engagement runs in two phases. Month one builds the thing buyers land on. Month two turns on the traffic that sends them there.

Month 01 — Foundation Build
  • Website

Five pages, mobile first: Home, Buildings We Build, Project Gallery, Reviews, and Get a Quote. Live and indexed before any ad money moves.

  • Copy

Written for post-frame buyers — barns, garages, shops, storage. Sizes, spans, and finishes, not generic contractor filler.

  • Quote form

Every submission texts and emails you within seconds, with name, number, and what they want built.

  • Google Business Profile

Claimed, verified, and mapped to your Kansas City service area so B&B shows up in local search and on the map.

  • Reviews

Collection system built, plus a walkthrough for pulling testimonials from the jobs you've already finished.

  • Tracking

Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and call tracking installed on day one. Month two doesn't launch blind.

Month 02 Onward — Acquisition Run
  • Ad account

Meta Business Manager built in B&B's name. You own it, we operate it.

  • Campaigns

Creative, copy, and audience targeting across the KC metro and the surrounding counties where the land is.

  • Lead capture

Forms and routing tested end to end before a single dollar is spent.

  • Budget management

Daily monitoring and adjustment against the spend you set. Nothing runs unattended.

  • Creative rotation

New ads on a schedule so performance doesn't decay after the first few weeks.

  • Reporting

A monthly call: what was spent, what came in, what changes next month.

  • PhotographyOptional

We'll work with the job photos you already have. If you'd rather have finished builds shot properly, we can scope that separately.

The website

Yours. Domain, files, and hosting in your name from day one.

The ad account

Yours. Along with every pixel and every audience it builds.

The leads

Yours. Delivered to your phone the second they come in.

The exit

Yours. Month to month after the first ninety days. Nothing held hostage.

04Strategy

Why This Order

The sequence isn't arbitrary, and it's the part most agencies get backwards.

Website first, ads second

Nobody signs off on a forty-by-sixty shop from a single Facebook ad. Post-frame is a considered purchase — people see the ad, then they go look you up before they call. If there's nothing to look up, the click is already paid for and already wasted.

Month one builds the thing the ads point at. Month two turns on the traffic. Running it the other way around means paying Meta to send strangers to a dead end.

Kansas City isn't one audience

Post-frame demand in this market splits into distinct groups, and they don't respond to the same message. Acreage and farm owners want equipment storage and hay barns. Suburban homeowners in Johnson and Clay County want detached garages and workshops. Small commercial wants cold storage and shop space.

We run these as separate campaigns with separate creative rather than one broad ad talking to everybody and landing with nobody. Radius targeting covers the metro, then extends into the surrounding counties where the acreage actually is.

What we need from you

Photos of finished builds — phone photos are fine, we'd rather have real ones than stock. Your true service radius. The building types you actually want more of. And a handful of past customers we can ask for reviews.

Then one thing that matters more than everything above: call the leads fast. A post-frame inquiry that sits for two days is usually already talking to somebody else. We can generate the lead. Speed to the phone is the lever on your side, and it's the single biggest one in the whole system.

05Plan

Timeline

Step 01 — Week 1
Kickoff

Service area, building types, job photos, and the past customers we'll approach for reviews. One call, then we build.

Step 02 — Weeks 2–4
Website Live

Built, reviewed with you, and launched. Google Business Profile live alongside it. Tracking verified and firing.

Step 03 — Month 2
Ads Launch

Ad account built in your name, campaigns approved, budget live. Leads start routing to your phone as they come in.

Step 04 — Month 3+
Optimization

Spend managed daily, creative rotated before it fatigues, monthly reporting call on the numbers.

Build season

Post-frame demand moves with the calendar. We can weight spend heavier into the months you're bidding hardest and pull it back through the dead of winter — the ad budget flexes inside the range you set. The retainer stays flat either way, and the ninety-day term is what makes that flexing worth doing.

Ninety-day initial engagement, then month to month. Month one has no ads running, month two is launch and learning, month three is where optimization starts to compound. Judging the system before day ninety isn't a fair read on it.

06Next Step

Fifteen minutes to get month one moving.

We finish the conversation the mechanic interrupted, lock the service area and building types, and start the build. Reply to this and we'll get a time on the calendar.
