Distribution Strategy

20,000 hangers across 84 zip codes is not a simple even split. Spread evenly that is about 238 hangers per zip, but zip codes vary widely in dwelling count. A dense Brooklyn block and a rural stretch of East End Long Island do not have the same number of doors.

Regional spread

The list spans three regions that are not next to each other. East End Long Island runs from Bellport to Yaphank, separate from Gold Coast Long Island, and separate again from the Bronx and Brooklyn zips. Crew routing and hanger allocation both depend on getting the zip level breakdown right.

Streetfeet planning standard

We want to build the real allocation with your team, not guess at it.

A short working session lets us map hanger counts to real dwelling density per zip, sequence sub-regions in the order that matters most for Optimum's rollout, and set the property mix ratio, single family versus MDU, per area instead of one ratio applied across all 84 zips. That conversation is what determines whether this campaign performs, not just gets delivered.
